- Any unopened item may be returned within 3 days of receipt for a full refund.
- Any damaged items must be reported upon receipt . If shipping carton was damaged upon receipt please submit a photograph of carton to returns@wirelessandmobility.com.
- If item must be returned due to an error on the part of wirelessandmobility.com Please submit a request to returns@wirelessandmobility.com for a return shipping tag.
- Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any opened or used products. You must contact the manufacturers of said products for defective used products. Sorry, but no exceptions.
